Terms of Service & User Agreement

Please review these terms governing access and usage of the AIdeaRadar market intelligence platform.

1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AIdeaRadar (Personal Opportunity Radar). By browsing our catalog, using our Founder Fit calculator, or subscribing to our intelligence reports, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Not Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: AIdeaRadar provides market intelligence derived from historical and public customer feedback signals. All Opportunity Scores, estimated MRR ranges (€5k–€20k), and competitor pricing summaries are analytical projections for research purposes only. They do NOT constitute investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for performing customer discovery and validating product-market fit before allocating capital or engineering time.

3. Evidence-First Integrity & Third-Party Services

We structure opportunities based on verified public signals from Reddit, G2, Hacker News, and freelance marketplaces. However, competitors frequently adjust pricing, terms, and feature sets. We make no guarantees regarding future revenue, customer acquisition conversion rates, or market exclusivity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You may not perform automated scraping, spidering, or bulk harvesting of our programmatic catalog without prior written authorization.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer scoring algorithms or bypass rate limits.
  • You are expressly encouraged to build and launch independent SaaS applications inspired by the market problems identified in the catalog.

5. Subscriptions and Pay-Per-Report Billing

Paid access tiers (Pro memberships and Deep Research on-demand reports) are billed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant merchant partners (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account management portal prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
